THE CANCER SCARE

Only a few weeks ago in July, Trebek celebrated his 79th birthday among his friends and family, including his wife, Jean Currivan, as well as children Emily, 26, and Matthew, 29.

After the official social media account for “Jeopardy” posted a few snapshots from the big birthday bash, the fans flocked in numbers to express their wishes of good health to their beloved game show host.

As fans know, Trebek is currently battling stage four pancreatic cancer, which he revealed back in March. Later in May, he updated his fans that his tumor had decreased by more than 50 percent.
