Wendy Williams Says Her Only Business with Kevin Hunter Is Finalizing Divorce

Wendy Williams is addressing rumors that she’s planning to work with her estranged husband, Kevin Hunter Sr., again after his alleged infidelity and despite their ongoing divorce.

Wendy, 55, has been in the news a lot lately and much of it borders on her personal life and current status with Kevin Sr., 46.

The TV diva was on Fox 5 New York earlier this week to promote a new show she’ll be producing and allowed some personal questions.

Earlier this week, there were rumors that Wendy was planning to re-hire Kevin Sr. as her business manager, but she wasted no time shooting down the rumors on Fox 5.

“Right now, the only business, I repeat, the only business that me and Mr. Hunter are involved with is getting a divorce finalized. …I’ve moved on.”

During the interview, Wendy also expressed how much she couldn’t wait to wrap things up with the divorce. When the anchors asked if her soon-to-be ex was making things complicated, the daytime queen seemed to suggest that was the case.

So far, all the parties involved have refrained from confirming the love-child reports, but Wendy seemed to have no trouble doing so...

“That’s our business,” she said sharply. “But if I say ‘I need a divorce yesterday,’ what do you think?”

Wendy’s story was pretty much the same when she stopped by SiriusXM’s “Sway in the Morning,” also this week.

“The only business that he [Kevin Sr.] can manage right now is to sign some divorce papers,” she said, addressing the persistent rumor. “I have a manager. It’s Bernie Young out there.”

Wendy filed for divorce from Kevin Sr. in April, following reports of infidelity and a love-child with his alleged longtime mistress Sharina Hudson.

So far, all the parties involved have refrained from confirming the love-child reports, but Wendy seemed to have no trouble doing so while speaking with show host Sway Calloway.

“I want a divorce, like, yesterday. I want a divorce two months ago, three months ago. Whenever I found out, four months ago. I want a divorce, and I want to be friends with Kevin, not because we have a son but because that was real love. I still love him just not in that way. You either in or you are out with me.”

“I still have love for him,” she continued. “And I wish him the best in his new life with his new family.”

Wendy and Kevin Sr. tied the knot in 1997 and share an 18-year-old son Kevin Jr., who is away in college.
