Alex Rodriguez Has Jewelry and Electronics Stolen from Rental Car While in San Francisco
Alex Rodriguez is the latest victim of theft in San Francisco, with his jewelry and electronics stolen from his rental car while out dining in the city.

While having dinner at a local San Francisco restaurant, Alex Rodriguez's jewelry and electronics were stolen from his rental car which was parked on the street.
He was in San Francisco to broadcast a Giants-Phillies game, but shortly before leaving, his rented SUV was broken into at around 10 PM, with the thieves running away with hundreds of thousands worth of items.
A High Priority Case
After Alex Rodriguez released a statement about hoping law enforcement could do something about the case, it was reportedly made a high priority case with investigators working day and night to collect evidence and hopefully, retrieve the items.

“I am saddened that several items that were of a personal nature and irreplaceable with sentimental value were taken. I am encouraged that local law enforcement has security footage of the crime and are doing all they can to get the items back," he shared.
While there haven't been any updates, CCTV footage was reportedly obtained by the police which is now being used to track the suspects.
An Issue of Infidelity
The burglary incident is just the most recent issue to hit Alex Rodriguez, especially after he was accused of cheating on his fiance, Jennifer Lopez.

A Cuban ex-baseball player, Jose Canseco, accused his ex-wife of having an affair with Alex Rodriguez after news of his engagement to JLo came to light.
After sparking an online debacle about his wife and Alex's infidelity, Canseco challenged Rodriguez to get a polygraph to prove what he is saying.
Debunking the Claim
However, his ex-wife Jessica set the rumors straight by saying that she and Rodriguez have not seen each other for more than five years and that her ex-husband's accusations were false.

The rumor came just a day after it was revealed Alex popped the question to Jennifer while on the beach in the Bahamas.
