Kristoff St. John's Family Reportedly Puts House the Star Died in up for Sale
The proceeds of the sale of Kristoff St. John’s home will remain in an escrow account until a decision is made regarding who will be in charge of his estate.
As their battle continues over who gets to be the administrator of Kristoff St. John’s estate, the late actor’s father and daughter have reportedly put up his home for sale.

Real estate records obtained by the Blast reveal Kristoff’s home in Canoga Park is currently being sold for $314,000. The one-bedroom, 783-square-foot condo where the actor died was purchased by the “Young and the Restless” star for $260,000 in 2014. It is situated inside a gated community that also has pool spas, tennis courts, and a tennis room.
Proceeds of the sale will reportedly be placed in an escrow account while awaiting a court’s decision on who should be in charge of his estate.
In April, a judge assigned Christopher and Paris to be Co-Administrators of the estate pending another hearing in July. As part of the ruling, they are expected to agree on the sale of any of Kristoff’s properties and on what to do with the proceeds.

Shortly after Kristoff’s death on Super Bowl weekend in February, his father, Christopher St. John and daughter, Paris St. John submitted opposing documents regarding the actor’s probate case. His father filed a handwritten will which indicated an uneven split of Kristoff’s assets between his two daughters, Lola and Paris. Lola was to receive 75% and Paris 25%. Paris believed that the will was not meant to be seen.

Kristoff’s death on February 3 was ruled an accident due to a heart disease that was aggravated by alcohol use. The actor who was 52 was discovered dead in his home just two days after he was released from a mental institution where he was being treated after threatening to hurt himself.
Kristoff’s mental issues were reportedly a result of his son’s tragic death a few years earlier. Julian St. John took his own life in 2014. Kristoff struggled with his grief over the years. He was laid to rest next to his son.
