Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Married His Girlfriend of 12 Years Lauren Hashian

After being together for twelve years, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has finally married his long-term partner. The actor and former wrestler took to his Instagram to share the news.

On Monday, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, 47, revealed in an Instagram post that he finally got married to Lauren Hashian, 34. Johnson captioned the post: “We do. August 18th, 2019. Hawaii. Pōmaikaʻi (blessed).”

The actor also tagged his new wife in the post and included two images featuring him and his bride. He wore a white semi-sheer shirt, white pants, and black shoes for the special occasion.

He accessorized his look with the Hawaiian tradition of draping leis around his neck. His bride looked amazing in a white V-neck lace-covered gown which featured a floral design and a long veil.

In the first image, the couple was all smiles as they celebrated tying the knot. In the second photo, Johnson leaned his bride to the side as they kissed passionately.

Johnson and Hashian already share two daughters Jasmine, 3, and Tiana, 1. The actor is also a father to daughter Simone Garcia-Johson, 18, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Dany Garcia.

“I just refer to her as my wife all the time."

Garcia and Johnson were married from 1997 to 2007 and remained good friends after the divorce.

Hashian, who is a singer, met Johnson in 2006 while he was filming “The Game Plan.” Earlier in the month, the "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" actor announced his retirement from wrestling.

He started his professional wrestling career in the 1990s for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Johnson now acts and is a businessman with a gym clothing line among other things.

One of his latest films is "Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw" where he acts alongside Jason Statham and Idris Elba. The movie is a spin-off of the "Fast & Furious" franchise.

Last year, the actor opened up about the possibility of him marrying Hashian. For years the star has called the singer his “wife.”

He said at the time:

“I just refer to her as my wife all the time. So a lot of people are like, ‘Oh, did you get married?’ I’m like, ‘No. Easy. Don’t rush big daddy.”
