Metro: Caitlyn Jenner's Rep Denies Rumors about Her Wish to Start a Family with Sophia Hutchins
Caitlyn Jenner's rep recently had to shut down a few rumors regarding a possible surrogate that was supposedly hired by her and Sophia Hutchins.
According to an anonymous source, Jenner wanted to start a family with her partner, who also wanted to become a mother, as reported by Closer Weekly.
However, the 69-year-old's rep was quick to deny the claim to Metro UK, describing it as a "foolish rumor that has no merit and is completely untrue."
NO TRUTH IN THE CLAIMS
Caitlyn, who has six biological children, including Kendal and Kylie Jenner, and four stepchildren, such as Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé Kardashian, is yet to comment on the subject herself.
The source who spread the rumor said:
"Caitlyn and Sophia have spoken about starting a family together for the last year or so, and while Caitlyn’s already got ten children, she’s never had the chance to bring a child up in the role of a mother, which she’s always dreamed of doing."
HER FAMILY'S REACTION TO THE NEWS ACCORDING TO THE SOURCE
The publication also reported that the news of Caitlyn's alleged plans was met with a "frosty" reception by the rest of her family, especially her children, who supposedly believed she was being pressured by Sophia.
The same source said that the only person who supported Caitlyn was Kim, who had daughter Chicago and son Psalm via a surrogate due to a condition called placenta accreta.
The condition is rare and serious and its side-effects can directly threaten healthy pregnancies because the placenta intrudes into the wall of the uterus.
ONLY BUSINESS PARTNERS
Despite the abundance of rumors, none of them seem to be true. Having a baby together would be a very big step for Caitlyn and Sophia, especially since they haven't even admitted being in a relationship.
The rep was quick to deny the claim to Metro UK, describing it as a "foolish rumor that has no merit and is completely untrue"
Back in October, on the "Hidden Truth Show," Caitlyn said that she wouldn't describe their relationship as romantic. Hutchins added: "I would describe our relationship as we’re partners, we’re business partners, I’m the executive director of her foundation.”
