Lori Loughlin Looks Youthful In Rare Red Carpet Appearance After Split From Mossimo Giannulli
Lori Loughlin just proved that a fresh start might be the best beauty treatment after stepping out for a star-studded gala looking decades younger than her 61 years.
The "Full House" alum made her way to the Beverly Wilshire on March 11, 2026, for An Unforgettable Evening — the annual charity gala that raises money for the Women's Cancer Research Fund.
It was one of her first major public appearances since word got out last fall that her nearly 28-year marriage to Mossimo Giannulli had quietly come to an end.
Judging by how dramatically fans say she has changed, the transformation goes far beyond a single night out. Scroll to the end to see for yourself.
Her First Big Night Out
Loughlin turned up in a floor-length black-and-white color-block gown — strapless, with a deep V-neckline and a structured bodice that hugged her slim frame.
Her chestnut-brown hair was blown out in loose waves, and she kept jewelry understated: dangling crystal earrings, a slim bracelet, and one bold ring. Her shoulders and arms were visibly toned, her skin bronzed, and her makeup soft and luminous.
Up close, her face appeared remarkably smooth for her age, and that detail did not go unnoticed.
Fans React Online
The photos spread quickly across social media, and the comments section did not hold back. On Facebook, one person wrote, "She got herself a whole new face."
Others zeroed in on a specific detail, leaving comments like: "Hands never lie about age," "Zoom in on the hands😳," and "The hands doesn't [sic] match the youthful face."
A third observed, "It's wild..looks like herself the further you get..the closer you are she looks like a different person lol. Like those illusion pictures from the 90s..😳"
Over on Instagram, the reaction was equally divided. Comments included: "Just WOW" and "Her face has changed."
One follower commented, "Look at those muscles. She has the body of a crew rower. 🚣♀️" — a remark loaded with irony given the scandal that once put her family in federal court over fabricated rowing credentials.
Others reacted with: "Too many filters unrecognizable 🙄🙄" and "That can't be her. It looks like a different person. It's a completely different face." But not everyone was skeptical — one fan simply wrote, "Wow. Her face looks better than ever! 🙌"
No Longer Rowing Together
The Beverly Hills outing came roughly five months after Loughlin's rep confirmed what many found surprising: she and Giannulli had split up. No legal proceedings were in motion, the rep noted.
It was a shocking unraveling of a union that had held since November 27, 1997. The two raised a family together: Isabella Rose, now 27, and Olivia Jade, now 26, who built a career as a social media personality.
What made the split particularly striking was everything the two had already been through together.
When the Scandal Hit
Back in 2019, the couple got swept up in one of the most talked-about criminal cases to ever touch Hollywood. Federal prosecutors tied them to a college admissions scheme run by a consultant named William "Rick" Singer.
The allegation was straightforward but damning: the couple had funneled $500,000 through Singer's operation to get Isabella Rose and Olivia Jade into the University of Southern California — not on academic merit, but by presenting them as competitive crew recruits.
Neither girl had ever rowed competitively. To sell the story, the couple allegedly had the girls photographed on rowing machines, with those staged images submitted to the school alongside invented athletic profiles.
The charges that followed — conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering — carried a combined maximum of 40 years behind bars.
Both pushed back at first, but by May 2020, they both entered guilty pleas. Loughlin, best known for her role as Aunt Becky on "Full House," was ordered to serve two months at a federal facility in Dublin, California, and walked out in December 2020.
Giannulli drew a harsher sentence of five months at a prison in Lompoc, California, wrapping it up in April 2021.
Moving Forward, Alone
After all of that — the federal charges, the prison terms, the years of public scrutiny, and now a marriage that dissolved without fanfare — Loughlin walked into a Beverly Hills ballroom on March 11 and stood in front of the cameras without flinching.
Fans may disagree about her face. They may debate her arms, her filters, or whether she even looks like herself anymore.
But at 61, freshly separated and stepping back into the spotlight entirely on her own terms, she gave them plenty to talk about — and that, perhaps, was the whole point.
