Mark Wahlberg Shares Throwback Photo with 'Big Bro' Donnie on His 50th Birthday

Popular American actor Mark Wahlberg marked his big brother’s 50th birthday in grand style with a throwback picture of them from their youth.

The star brothers, Mark Wahlberg and Donnie Wahlberg share a fondness for each other that go way back, always helping, celebrating and encouraging each other.

This fondness goes beyond the big screens as the Wahlbergs are famed for their large families, and the unbreakable family ties.

The star singer, Donnie turned 50 recently, and once again, his little brother came through to make it a memorable and supportive one.

Mark, the “Blue Bloods” actor took to social media to wish his brother a happy birthday, sharing a throwback picture of the pair from Donnie’s days in the “New Kids on the Block” band.

Dressed in black, the duo looked young, and handsome, with the actor wearing a Miami heat cap, looking like the regular American youth, while his singer brother looked the rockstar part in his classy leather jacket and gold chain. So who’s the hotter brother? Definitely Donnie.

TO AN AMAZING BROTHER

The actor also included a birthday wish, acknowledging his big bro for his successes. He wrote:

“Happy 50th Birthday @donniewahlberg!! We have come a long way since this photo wouldn’t be where I am today without you! Love you big bro.”

The post attracted several comments, and birthday wishes, including one from American star basketballer, Jimmy Butler, who apparently had a different opinion about who was hotter among the pair.

JENNY’S BIG PARTY PLANS

Donnie’s wife, Jenny McCarthy was not left out of the celebrations. She revealed that she was planning a birthday bash for her beau.

While atttending the Fox Summer Los Angeles TCA All-Star party, the former co-host of “The View” told reporters that:

“I’ll be paying this party off until I’m 90. Truly, I’m going as far as I can without feeling for bankruptcy. I wanted to give him like the greatest party ever because he’s been the most wonderful human being, not only with me but with everyone he knows.”

DONNIE’S EMOTIONAL SIDE: BROTHERS LOVE

Donnie has indeed been a wonderful person, as a lot of other people acknowledged while sending him birthday wishes on social media, including his brother, who for the umpteenth time, credited the NKOB bandmate for his success.

The singer’s wife, who was also known for her radio show, SiriusXM, once got a chance to interview her husband, along with his former bandmates on her show.

On the show, the 50-year-old got emotional as he recounted how his brother acknowledged him as the secret behind his success during a 2011 concert.

The Wahlbergs continue to support each other; they make their impact in the world by being the perfect example of the model siblings.
