Gabrielle Union’s daughter is hitting so many milestones, that we almost can’t keep up. The latest is Kaavia James Union Wade saying her first words and the actress caught the moment on camera.

After leaving us stunned with her swimming skills, Shady Baby has now officially uttered her first words, and it’s not “Mama” or “Dada.”

In footage of the big moment shared by Union on Tuesday, Kaavia is in a high-chair while someone behind the camera asks: “Can you say ‘Bye-Bye’?”

Still To Come: Union and Wade were at the beck and call of the Shady Queen, making sure she was camera-ready

For a few seconds, the adorable tot only mutters some baby talk, but just when we think it’s over, she says it, and quite clearly too.

“@kaaviajames speaks!!!!" Union, 46, gushed in the caption. “Get ready world. Next stop, #agt judges table! Bye bye.”

Kaavia almost caused a meltdown on social media among fans who couldn’t handle all the cuteness and raved non-stop in the comments.

“My girl is talking‼️‼️‼️‼️” La La Anthony, who is friends with Union and her husband Dwyane Wade, gushed. Wade’s older son from a previous marriage, Zaire, also jumped in the conversation, bragging about “a full convo” he shared with Kaavia earlier.

Only last month, the nine-month-old had us in disbelief when she dove into a pool without hesitation at the prompting of her swimming instructor. Several videos of Kaavia repeating the feat prove that she is indeed a better swimmer than some adults.

Although she has yet to get the hang of walking on her own, Kaavia did make her red carpet debut last month at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Sports Awards.

Of course, Union and Wade, 37, were at the beck and call of the Shady Queen, making sure she was camera-ready. Speaking with reporters about how it felt to walk the carpet with their daughter, Wade said:

“It’s amazing. Obviously, our story is very documented, and we were waiting on her arrival for a long time. …It’s a lot for her, but she will look back at these moments and appreciate them when she comes back again, and she’s walking.”

Honestly, we can’t wait to witness Kaavia’s next milestone, whether it be her first steps or something else. We hope someone remembers to take a video too!
