Tv Host Wendy Williams & RHOA Star Nene Leakes Looked like Blonde-Haired Twins on Girl's Weekend

Newly reconciled Wendy Williams and NeNe Leakes have been enjoying their girls weekend in Miami and even twinned in blonde hair. A photo from their night out reveals all is definitely well between them.

Wendy Williams had a rocking girls weekend in Miami with Nene Leakes and it was “slowly coming to an end” according to the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star who shared a photo from their girls’ night out. The twosome twinned in blonde hair and were expecting Tamar Braxton to join them.

Wendy and NeNe looked relaxed seated together at a table where they apparently dined. Their golden locks stood out as they leaned on each other to smile for a pic.

Wendy looked chic in a short denim ensemble that revealed skin on her upper thigh while NeNe wore a black translucent cardigan over a white t-shirt.

Tamar chimed in on NeNe’s comments section reminding them that she’s on the way. “Well it better not end till I get there!!!” she wrote.

In an earlier post, Wendy shared a candid photo of NeNe laughing while clutching on to her arm.

“Why is REAL life soo funny?! Renewed girls are the best time!” she wrote.

THEIR PLANS WERE ALMOST FOILED

It was only a few days earlier when Wendy sadly revealed that NeNe and Tamar stood her up as she embarked on a Labor Day weekend trip to Miami. Originally meant to join her, NeNe’s flight was canceled while Tamar opted to stay in LA due to the threat of Hurricane Dorian.

But things turned out as planned when NeNe touched down in Miami confirming that it was “gone be a girls weekend after all.” Then she later shared a photo of her reunion with Wendy .

THEIR YEARS-LONG FEUD

It is refreshing to see the two women back in each other’s arms after the falling out they had in 2013. It heightened a year later when Wendy threw shade at NeNe and tweeted, “What do you think about @NeNeLeakes defacing her Birkin bag?” and shortly after deleted it.

NeNe reacted by clapping back and responding through her blog.

“What you have chose to do is constantly speak negative of me and lie on me! What you need to do is stop spewing hate! When it comes to gossip you are the lowest of the low! I know it must be hard for a black woman to support another black woman but you should try it sometime.”

BACK TO BEING FRIENDS

Things were never the same since then until recently when Wendy extended an olive branch.

NeNe recounts in an Instagram post with a photo of their first pic together after their fallout, that she got a call from the talk show host suggesting they leave the past behind.

“When you get the call that says...Sis, let’s get off the bull[expletive] and get on some real [expletive],” she wrote. “This nite right here, was a movie! No No you don’t understand, A REAL MOVIE @wendyshow LISTEN, every week i get a call from someone advocating for this to happen. IT HAPPENED!”

The women reunited at a party for Rick Ross’s album release at New York hotspot, Up & Down. And by the looks of things today, they’ve been inseparable since.

Kudos to these two women who’ve managed to overcome their drama in favor of their friendship.
