Venus Williams Supported Sister Serena's US Open Semifinal Match While Wearing Her EleVen Activewear Brand
Seasoned sportswoman, Venus Williams steps out in style as she decides to support her Tennis champ sister, Serena during her game!
The 38-year-old stops at nothing to show just how much she values her sister. Her Instagram upload shared the "supportive moment" of the older Williams'.
While she headed out a few days ago to cheer her sister as she played in the US Open, Venus's choice of outfit was also to show off her self designed brand, "EleVen."
The African American athlete donned a black face cap, and loosely held on one hand a black bag. That was not all; she paired her black and white stripes with blue colored pants and white kicks.
Apart from the excitement of going to see her sister play, the "EleVen" designer pointed out that no matter the outcome of the game, Serena's position as the lead will never be given up. According to the the post:
"Walking into @serenawilliams semifinal @usopen feeling like #eleven head to toe because win or lose you know your sister is the #greatest!"
Fans and followers couldn't help but commend the family bond. Some praised the older Williams' show of maturity and experience while other fans admired her "EleVen" collection.
Serena's sister is not the only one saddled with sister duties. A few weeks ago, the mother of one filled that spot when she graced Venus's three-set match victory against Donna Vekic.
Big sister was more than thrilled to have her younger sister around. She explained that although her game was at a low tempo in the beginning, towards the end, her drive for the victory gained momentum after she saw her sibling "chill." In her words:
"She was rooting hard but didn't seem panicked at all...Maybe didn't play the best games at first the beginning of the first and second. It thought is she can be chill, I can be chill, Yeah."
Venus isn't the only one who plays with a high pitch during matches. Following her daughter's delivery, the mother of one has asserted herself as the Queen of court with her comeback wins. Although, she recently lost to Simona Halep during Wimbledon's final.
This, however, has not slowed Serena down in any way, as she brought in her A-game two days ago against Elina Svitolina. Apart from being supportive in sports, the siblings also employ help from each other when needed.
Serena's love for fashion has caused her to venture into the business. Venus, on the other hand, is passionate about fashion and interior decorations, she runs an interior design company known as V Starr Interior.
The mother of one who has Big sis working on her home design, revealed to Architecturaldigest in an interview how V Starr Interior's credibility has taught her not to fear to have "something totally different, unexpected or whimsical."
It's not just interior designing that makes the 4-time Olympic gold medalist happy. Her "EleVen" women sportswear collection also puts a smile on her face, and she confidently shared in an interview that her brand is nothing but "loud and proud."
Venus thrives in fashion, sports, and interior designing and never misses an opportunity to come through for her sister!
