The entire family was at her mom's side when she was diagnosed with cancer, beat it and then relapsed before she eventually succumbed to the illness earlier this year. Cecily took to social media to mark a "new chapter."

Cecily is dating Matty Smith. The picture is the first pic of the two that Cecily has posted in a long time especially since her mom's passing.

The pair looked extremely in love as they kissed sweetly in the corner of the pool that was pictured in the first picture. Matty took the selfie-style pic that left fans in awe.
