NBA Star Stephen Curry Opens up about Having More Kids with Ayesha after Welcoming Son Canon
Stephen Curry opened up about the dynamics in their home now that they have three kids. And though he admits it's been insane, having more kids in the future is still a possibility.
Stephen Curry says it’s currently a “full house” in his home but is not discounting the possibility of having more kids.

"IT'S A FULL HOUSE!"
The NBA star opened up to Entertainment Tonight about the dynamics of his home and what it means to raise a family during a golf tournament sponsored by his Eat. Learn. Play Foundation in cooperation with PGA Reach and Workday.
According to the father-of-three who welcomed his son, Canon, last year, there is no sane day in his household which also includes his wife, Ayesha Curry and their two daughters, Riley and Ryan.
"It's a full house!" he exclaims. “No days is sane. We just try to get it done however you can, but [we were] unbelievably blessed to welcome Canon to the family. He's running around, coming into his own as a little young fella, so I'm enjoying it."
Stephen also shared how his seven-year-old helps out.
"Riley, she's the second mom in the house. She's all about taking care of Canon and trying to feed him. She's even trying to change diapers now. All those little things make it special -- watching her grow up and to have the awareness of like, she's got to be a big, older sister."
“We were blessed growing up with family and other resources that we had, but that village, that family, could be of any configuration or makeup, and we want to be able to be, hopefully, that village for kids that need it."
"IT TAKES A VILLAGE"
Stephen acknowledges that “it takes a village” to raise kids which is why his foundation is working towards providing the necessary nutrition and education children need.
According to the Golden State Warriors point guard, there are key components that contribute to the growth of well-adjusted kids.
"Full stomach so you can focus on your work, after school being able to go to a park or a local community center where you can round out the kids' growth, confidence, relationships as well, and have a safe space to do that.”
He adds,
“And from an education standpoint, hopefully, bridge the gap along the way from elementary school all the way through college so the kids have an opportunity to succeed."
Stephen is grateful that he and Ayesha have their own village which supports them in raising their own children. This is the reason why they want to give the same kind of support to other kids in need.
“We were blessed growing up with family and other resources that we had, but that village, that family, could be of any configuration or makeup, and we want to be able to be, hopefully, that village for kids that need it."
"YOU CAN NEVER SAY WE'RE DONE"
In spite of their busy schedules, Stephen and Ayesha have managed to put family first which makes them ideal parents. On their 8th wedding anniversary in July, the couple made fans swoon with their heartfelt tributes for each other.
As for having more children in the future, Stephen says,
"I guess you can never say we're done, unless you do something to fix that. But right now we are very happy and content with our family."
Stephen and Ayesha's love story began when they met as teenagers and they’ve managed to keep their relationship alive while building a family and successful careers. They truly are blessed and other kids will be just as blessed with their help and support.
