Paris Hilton Pays Tribute to Her Late Grandfather and Mentor Barron Hilton

Paris Hilton is currently morning the loss of the man who, for decades, was her mentor, inspiration and, above all else, her adored grandfather.

Barron Hilton, Paris' grandfather, sadly passed away on Thursday, September 19, at the age of 91. It has been reported that he died of natural causes.

It is never easy to lose a loved one, but the best way to honor their memory and the time they spent with us is to remember them, which is exactly what Paris did.

NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT HER GRANDFATHER

The 38-year-old took to her official Twitter account to share a couple of photos where she can be seen posing with her grandfather, including pictures where she was still a little girl.

She was with Barron days before his passing and had the opportunity to tell him how much an impact he had in her life

Along with the photos, the entrepreneur left a very special message about Barron, in which she confessed that she always looked up to him as a businessman:

"I am deeply saddened by the loss of my grandfather Barron Hilton. He was a legend, a visionary, brilliant, handsome, kind and lived a life full of accomplishment and adventure."

MEETING FOR THE LAST TIME

In another post, which also featured different pictures of her late grandfather throughout the years, Paris expressed how grateful she was for having him as a mentor.

According to Paris, she was with Barron days before his passing and had the opportunity to tell him how much an impact he had in her life, hinting how valuable his lessons were.

HIS LEGACY WILL LIVE ON

The grieving granddaughter shared that she always wanted to make him proud and guaranteed that, although Barron is gone, his spirit, heart and legacy will live on through her.

Recently, Paris also paid tribute to Michael Jackson on his birthday by posting an old photo of herself and her family with the King of Pop, who passed away in 2009. He would have turned 61 last Thursday.
