RHOA Star Eva Marcille's Ex Kevin McCall Seeks Joint Custody of Daughter Marley Rae: Report
Kevin McCall wants to be more involved in his daughter, Marley's life and blames her mother, Eva Marcille for keeping him away from her all these years. He filed legal papers to gain joint custody and demanded that Marley's last name be changed back to his.
In the midst of his domestic violence drama, Kevin McCall, the father of Eva Marcille’s daughter, is asking for an amendment of their custody arrangement.

According to Kevin whose lawyer, Adamma Mckinnon filed legal documents obtained by TMZ recently, Eva purposely shut him out of their daughter, Marley’s life. This began when Eva and Marly moved to Georgia from Los Angeles in October 2015. He hasn’t seen her since then.
In light of this, he requested for joint physical custody and child support from Eva for when Marley is under his care.
The timing of Kevin’s custody request is curious considering he was recently charged for domestic violence stemming from an incident earlier this year. He stands to spend a year in jail if convicted.

He also objected to Marley’s use of Eva’s current husband, Michael Sterling’s last name and asked that it be changed back to his.
Eva made the move to change Marley’s last name earlier this year on the grounds that the 5-year-old had not seen or heard from her father since two months after her birth. She claimed Michael was the only father her daughter had ever known.
Kevin is seeking for the appointment of a “guardian ad litem” who could facilitate in deciding what would be Marley’s best interest. He believes he is stable enough to have a shot at joint custody considering he has a full-time job.

Likewise, Eva admitted earlier this year that she was also abused by Kevin while she was pregnant with their daughter. In fact, back in 2014, Eva was granted a restraining order against Kevin after he allegedly blew up in their home and tried to grab their infant child from her.

Eva has yet to respond to Kevin’s new court papers and we’re guessing she’ll be fighting this one out. Kevin may also encounter some problems with his domestic violence case still ongoing. A court hearing for that case was rescheduled for next month.
Meanwhile, he and Eva are expected to appear in court in November.
