The Blast: 'RHOA' Star Eva Marcille's Ex Kevin McCall Officially Charged for Domestic Violence Incident
"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Eva Marcille's ex-boyfriend Kevin McCall has been charged for his domestic violence incident that occurred earlier this year.
Court documents obtained by The Blast reveals McCall was charged with domestic violence listed as "Inflict Corporal Injury to Spouse or Cohabitant." He now faces up to one year in jail for his violations.
Previously, McCall's hearing was set for August, but he did not show up. A bench warrant was then held, and the hearing was rescheduled for this month. Now that they've officially charged him for the crime, he faces jail time without bail.

The Domestic Violence Incident
McCall has had multiple run-ins with the law this year, as back in April, he was taken into custody at the Compton Courthouse after a woman filed a complaint against him for an incident that occurred on January 14, 2019.
He was at the time released from prison after posting a $75,000 bond and awaited the ruling of his case that now confirms his one-year prison stint.
McCall's Issues with Eva Marcille
Eva Marcille also opened up about her ex earlier this year, who allegedly stalked her and new husband Michael Sterling frequently that they had to move houses a lot.
The 34-year-old reality TV star claims that she had to move homes five times just to get away from McCall, and she still feels the same uneasiness wherever she goes.
“I still feel a sense of threat. I have had to move five times, and I still feel a sense of uneasiness. He’s just so petty sometimes. I’ve walked outside of my balcony before, and he’s been standing in the dark. And it is the scariest feeling ever. Every time I move, he finds me.”

Forgetting the Uneasy Feeling
However, despite her statements, McCall called Marcille out on social media, accusing her of lying about the entire situation. Fans were troubled as to what the truth is, but now that McCall was charged for domestic violence, more people have been taking Eva's side.
With his jail time coming soon, Eva Marcille can now rest easy knowing she won't have any trouble with her ex and baby daddy now that he'll be in prison for a year.
