'Counting on' Stars John & Abbie Duggar Cradle Baby Bump in New Family Photos

Famous "Counting On" stars John Duggar and wife, Abbie, proudly flaunt the progress of their unborn child's growth and also shared the expected date of delivery.

The couple recently shared three beautiful snaps via their official Instagram, @johnandabbie. The pictures all have Abbie standing outdoors with only the third featuring John.

For the shots, Abbie wore a black dress that reached just above her knees as she poses smiling. The dress sports a v neckline, short sleeves, and is of a free-flowing fabric so that it accommodates her pregnant tummy.

The star lets on her joy by giving an exciting smile, and fondly cradling her tummy in her hands. The second picture has her turning sideways so that viewers get to see the extent to which her tummy has grown.

While the first two pictures are admittedly beautiful, the third seems to be the most heartwarming as her husband, one of the children born to celebrity couple Jim and Michelle Duggar, lovingly stood behind her.

John, who is also casually dressed and standing behind his wife, bends forward so that he can cradle his wife's bump. His joy is evident as he gave an excited smile much like his wife's, for the camera and to make the post even more unique, the couple captioned it with a sweet update for their massive following.

The caption read:

"One of our new favorite pass times - feeling our little girl's movements! We are so excited to meet her in January!!! #25weeks."

Fans labeled the revelation of the couple's date of expected delivery good news and reacted as such. One fan, @beth_zimmerman65 commented:

"Too sweet. I am Overjoyed with happiness for you both and your growing bundle of joy. I look forward to seeing pictures of your precious baby girl when she makes her arrival."

While another curiously asked if the couple had a name picked out yet for the baby. The couple didn't reply, but the little that is known is that the baby is of the female sex.
