The image which was shot in Spain, showed the actress, 23 walking side by side with her fellow co-star Josh O'Connor who acts as Prince Charles. The image was a replica of one of Diana and Charles outing in 1983.
In the picture, the actress sported a white button-down dress, white flats, a matching white purse and the same blonde bob as Diana could easily be mistaken for the Princess.
A fan who did mistook Corrin for the late Princess wrote,
"Wow I got fooled for a moment thinking it was the real ones."
However, Corrin wasn't the only one who looked like her character. Josh O'Connor also had a striking resemblance to Prince Charles in a khaki button-down shirt, matching pants and brown shoes.
CHANGES IN CHARACTERS FOR SEASON THREE
Due to the fact that the show will be focussing on the lives of the royals in the late 1960's, most of the regular faces have been changed for new ones to fit the new era.
Actress Olivia Colman will be playing the older Queen Elizabeth, Tobias Menzies will play Prince Philip, and Vaness Kirby will play Princess Margaret.

However, with season three premiering next month, the producers, directors, and casts have moved on to the production of season four.
"Beyond excited and honored to be joining The Crown for its fourth season. I have been glued to the show since the first episode and to think I'm now joining this incredibly talented acting family is just surreal."
The actress continued by commending the person Diana was,
"Princess Diana was an icon, and her effect on the world remains profound and inspiring. To be given the chance to explore her through Peter Morgan's writing is the most exceptional opportunity, and I will strive to do her justice!"
With the image that just surfaced the internet, the actress seems to be embodying her character — the late Diana Spencer.
