Blair Underwood of 'Quantico' Celebrates 25th Anniversary with Wife in New Vacation Photos from the Bahamas
Blair Underwood has been a Hollywood sex symbol for much of his career, but in real life, he’s a committed family man and recently marked 25 years of wedded bliss with his wife.
The "Quantico" actor and his longtime wife Desiree DaCosta celebrated their 25th anniversary with a vacation to the Bahamas and he shared photos via social media.

VACATION WARDROBE
Blair posted a close-up selfie with his lady love, and both looked vacation-ready in casual outfits, a straw hat, and of course, sunglasses to shield their eyes from the glorious sun.
The "L.A. Law" alum also shared snapshots of the luxurious Rosewood Baha Mar, where they spent their anniversary holiday. His caption spoke of bliss and some much-needed downtime:
"No meetings, no deadlines. No place better than @RosewoodBahaMar"

WHAT ARE FRIENDS FOR?
Fans and friends of the couple were in the comment section with their best wishes.
Filmmaker Ava DuVernay described Blair and Desiree as "beauties" while actress Kim Fields recalled being at their wedding: "Love u both and congrats! I was there 25 yrs ago and thrilled for your journey."
"Happy Anniversary, you guys! Enjoy your time there!" a third Instagram user quipped.
THE FAMILY MAN
It’s not clear if Blair and his wife just took their anniversary vacation or are only just now releasing the pictures, but the couple was actually married on September 17, 1994, per Heightline.
Hollywood’s tendency to typecast Blair as a handsome player and that time he played an abusive lover all too well in "Madea’s Family Reunion" might make it difficult to picture the Grammy winner as a happily married man, but that is precisely who he is.
A CASE OF PRIORITIES
According to ILOSM, Blair is a committed husband to Desiree, who once worked as an executive assistant to ace comedian Eddie Murphy.
The "Dirty Sexy Money" star is also a doting dad to their three kids: sons Paris and Blake, and daughter Brielle.
While filming the short-lived series "Ironside" in 2013, Blair told the Los Angeles Daily News:
"I been married for 19 years and have three children — 12, 14 and 16. And family is the most important thing especially at this time in life… After six months in New York doing stage, I really didn’t want to be away from my family that long, and NBC was nice enough to shoot the series here, which is great."
Here’s to so much more happiness in the Underwood clan. Happy anniversary Blair and Desiree!
