Jon Seda from 'Chicago PD' Has Been Married to Lisa Gomez for 19 Years - Here's a Glimpse at Their Marriage

Jon Seda and Lisa Gomez tied the knot in 2000, and since then, the couple has been inseparable.

On his Instagram account, the acclaimed actor often posts photos of himself and his wife.

"Through all the ups & downs, we've grown to love each other even more!!"

In July 2018, he posted a sweet snap of Gomez and himself where he appeared kissing his wife's lips on their anniversary.

"There's no one I trust, respect, admire, or rely on, more than this beautiful woman!" Seda captioned the image.

He added, "She's a gift not just to me & our family, but to everyone who gets to call her a friend!! Today we made 18 years of marriage! Through all the ups & downs, we've grown to love each other even more!! Happy #Anniversary Babe!! Love you forever!! Yesterday.. Today.. Always.. US."

Seda and Gomez frequently make public appearances and are spotted in various gatherings and occasions.

Seda, who plays Detective Antonio Dawson in NBC's "Chicago PD," exchanged vows with his long-term partner Gomez on July 4, 2000, in a private wedding ceremony, as reported by Article Bio.

The couple have four children — Haley Seda, Madison Seda, Jonathan Seda, and Jessica Seda Pinto. The family presently lives in Chicago, Illinois.

To show the world how proud he is of being a father, the actor is also posting pictures with his children.

In November 2018, he shared a photo of himself and his children, and they were all in superhero costumes.

"The Super Sedas hope everyone has a fantastic #Halloween !!" he captioned the adorable photo.

Seda initially wanted to become a boxer. He started an amateur career after graduating from high school. He won five times in the New Jersey Golden Gloves competition.

His film debut was in the 1992 boxing film "Gladiator." He portrayed the role of Romano, a Cuban boxer.

Seda has since worked in various films and television series. For his role in the movie "I Like It Like That," the actor was nominated for Best Male Lead at the Spirit Awards in 1995.

He was likewise nominated for Best Actor Award at the Cannes Film Festival for his role as Blue in the film "The Sunchaser" in 1996.

Seda became known to the Hispanic film audience when he played Chris Pérez along with multi-talented artist Jennifer Lopez in the 1997 hit movie "Selena."
