Remy Ma about to Become Grandma for the First Time One Year after Giving Birth to Her Second Child

As Remy Ma prepares to celebrate her daughter's first birthday, the rapper is also set to become a grandmother by her first son, Jace. The teenager and his girlfriend are expecting a baby girl and recently had their baby shower.

The last time we heard about Jace, 19, he was graduating high school and getting ready to go to college. Now, the young man is about to begin a new life phase as a first-time daddy.

Over the weekend, Jace and his girlfriend Diamond hosted a Looney Tunes-themed shower for their unborn baby, MadameNoire reported. Clips from the party were published online by The Shade Room and show the parents-to-be having fun with well-wishers.

A pamphlet from the baby shower suggests that Remy’s unborn granddaughter will be named Milani, and by the look of Diamond’s bump in the footage, baby Milani may be making her grand entrance pretty soon.

While the baby shower looked like a lot of fun, Remy was not present in any of the footage and neither was her rapper husband Papoose.

"You’ll always be my baby, though," Remy continued. "#CollegeBound #ClassOf2018 This is who I do it for." The rapper has since deleted the post.

The couple has also not acknowledged Jace’s good news on their respective social media pages, and we hope everyone is happy with the new addition to the family.

Jace is Remy’s son from a previous relationship. The rapper shares her second child, Reminisce Mackenzie, with Papoose, and they’re most likely gearing up for her big first birthday on December 14.

Remy was open about her infertility struggles and miscarriage before welcoming Mackenzie, who she and her husband named "The Golden Child." Meanwhile, according to the Power 105.1 website, Papoose also has three kids from previous relationships.

Remy, 39, usually keeps information about her older kid private, but in June 2018, the proud mom shared that he had graduated early.

Alongside pictures with Jace, Papoose, and Papoose’s daughter, Remy gushed about her son. "Not only did u graduate, but u graduated 6 months EARLY!" she wrote via Ice Cream Convos. "I love you, and I’m so proud of you; the whole family is."

As graduation gifts, Remy reportedly surprised Jace with a custom bling and a new car. While the rapper is yet to address Jace and his girlfriend’s impending parenthood, we hope all is well with the family, and Remy is getting ready to welcome her first grandchild.
