LORI HARVEY'S RETURN TO INSTAGRAM
After nearly a month of "radio" silence, Lori posted again on her Instagram account, but if fans and followers were expecting some sort of update or explanation they were in for a disappointment.
Lori's new Instagram post was pure business: a promotional post for Viktor & Rolf's new holiday gift set.

The post consists of a video clip that shows a radiant Lori in a white organza top with a delicately ruched collar moving through a glittering blizzard of snow. Lori then goes on to speak glowingly of the Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb gift set.
LORI HARVEY'S SILENCE
Since she was arrested on October 20, Lori has kept an uncharacteristic low profile. Her last post had been just before, which showed her celebrating at a University event shortly after she broke up with Diddy.
LORI HARVEY FACES CHARGES
Lori will be facing some serious charges, and perhaps she has been advised by her lawyers not to comment on the accident.
That hasn't stopped her followers from posting messages of encouragement and good wishes for the 22-year-old.
Some more cynical souls have pointed out that she is unlikely to get more than a slap on the wrist since she is the stepdaughter of media mogul Steve Harvey.
LORI HARVEY CHARGED WITH HIT AND RUN
Lori Harvey was arrested by the Beverly Hills Police Department after fleeing the scene of an accident.
Lori was involved in a hit-and-run accident on Moreno Drive in Los Angeles during which she struck a parked car with her vehicle, and overturned her Mercedes.
Lori then fled the scene on foot, abandoning her vehicle, but was spotted and identified by a witness. She was apprehended shortly after in the vicinity and placed under arrest.
Lori faces charges for a misdemeanor hit and run and obstructing/delaying a police officer and is to appear before the Airport Courthouse in January 2020.
