The two women, who are both 89, have been named by the Staff at Berry Hill Park in Mansfield "the dynamic duo," as reported by BBC News.

The staff also said that you can still see their love for one another.

According to Kathleen, the key to their long friendship was that neither like bickering.

Kathleen explained that they realize they'd always be friends when they first met and that Olive means a lot to her. She added:

"If Olive goes first she'll come back to fetch me. We're going to be friends in heaven."

Since 2018, Kathleen has lived at Berry Hill Park in Mansfield, England, as reported by Today.

Olive, on the other hand, moved into the facility in November. The pair, who are both widows, have rooms on the same floor.

They just proved that true love means loving each other until the very end.

Olive said that she really missed Kathleen when she moved into the home and that she used to go and see her every Saturday for lunch. She added:

"Then I thought, 'Why don't I move in too?' If I'm unhappy or in trouble, I only have to go to Kathleen and we'll always end up laughing."

Kathleen revealed that she and Olive enjoy getting dolled up together. She went on to say that they always say to each other, "If you've got it, flaunt it."

Sally Tebbett, the home care manager, described Kathleen as "a proper flirt" and Olive as being slightly more reserved.

Kathleen and Olive plan to be together forever. They just proved that true love means loving each other until the very end.

In a related story about true love, a man named Bob Johnson passed away from cancer 33 hours after losing his wife Corinne on November 24 when she died from congestive heart failure, Today reported.

It seems as though Bob couldn't take more than one day apart from the love of his life.

The couple from Minnesota will be honored during funeral services at Scandian Grove Lutheran Church in rural St. Peter.
