Mary J Blige looked stunning flaunting her curves in figure-hugging gown attending Diddy's 50th birthday bash. The female rapper and Diddy have a long history of collaborations.
Mary J Blige made certain she stood out when she attended Diddy’s 50th birthday bash. The Queen of Hip Hop channeled queen of fashion wearing a stunning black dress that fit her to a tee.
Blige, whose new documentary is being produced by Diddy gave a surprise performance to liven up what was described by one of the guests as an “emotional evening..."
Blige shared a snap of her OOTD which revealed her glamorous long dress that showcased her enviable curves. It was black layered with flesh tones that ran all the way up to her neck and down past her toes.
The singer amped up her look with a pair of long dangling earrings and long blond tresses. She posed against a gray and white interior making sure the focus of the pic is only on her.
Blige succeeded because over 3,800 comments flooded her post as per Inquisitor. It also earned over 150,000 likes. And with good reason. She clearly owned her outfit that night.
Blige revealed she was dressed for Diddy’s birthday which she also described as “so DOPE” in her caption. Referring to him as her “big brother,” the female rapper congratulated him for knowing how to throw a party. “…it’s always a blast with you,” she writes.

Diddy’s star-studded party was held at his Beverly Hills mansion on Saturday. According to Page Six, stars like Jay-Z and Beyonce, Leonardo Di Caprio, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, Kevin Hart, Tyler Perry, Queen Latifah, Usher, and The Weeknd were in attendance.
Blige, whose new documentary is being produced by Diddy gave a surprise performance to liven up what was described by one of the guests as an “emotional evening,” as reported by Page Six. Blige performed her hits which were mostly also produced by Diddy. Her repertoire ran for an hour according to reports.
Meanwhile, Blige’s Diddy-produced documentary in collaboration with Amazon Studios is underway. Still untitled, it is expected to feature Blige’s “journey of redemption and healing,” according to a statement by Amazon’s Matt Newman.
It also coincides with the 25thanniversary of Blige’s best-selling album, “My Life,” which Diddy claims is one of his best projects.
We can’t wait to see Blige’s new documentary which we’re certain will be a hit just like most of her collaborations with Diddy.
