Nicole Murphy Cuddles Her Adorable Granddaughter Evie by the Christmas Tree in a New Photo

Nicole Murphy shared her first Christmas photo as a grandmother featuring her adorable granddaughter, Evie.

Oh what joy it is to see Nicole Murphy and her granddaughter by the Christmas tree.

Since welcoming her first grandchild, Evie Isla Murphy, Nicole has turned into a doting grandma. The fitness guru’s Instagram is filled with posts capturing their tender moments, the latest of which is a holiday treat.

It’s a good thing Nicole has Evie to distract her from her recent loss. In November, she mourned the death of her mother, Ellen Mitchell.

Standing next to the Christmas tree, Nicole cuddles with her 5-month-old bundle of joy as she allows her to play with a candy cane. The two pics she shared were simply captioned, “My Evie #mygrandbaby” though her photo spoke volumes about the love she has for the little one.

This will be Nicole’s first Christmas as a grandmother so we’re guessing it’s going to be pretty special. She admitted to Wendy Williams that she just “can’t get enough” of Evie because of her overflowing love for her.

Evie is the daughter of Nicole’s son with Eddie Murphy, Miles Mitchell. She’s likewise Miles’ first child with his girlfriend, Carly Olivia. They welcomed her in July, just five months after Eddie welcomed his tenth child.

Miles’ sister, Bria was among the first to congratulate him and Carly for the birth of their baby girl. She professed her love for Evie and noted that the little one had the best parents.

Meanwhile, Nicole also expressed her instant love for her granddaughter sharing a photo of the newborn as her father kissed her head.

She announced her passing by sharing a throwback photo of her parents and describing her mother as “most beautiful person in the world.” She also found comfort in knowing that her mother had joined her late father.

Nicole didn’t reveal her mother’s cause of death but chose to honor her memory by paying tribute to her. In another post, she revealed a photo of them together and one where her mother cuddles with her dog.

“Words can’t express how much I miss my best friend,” she wrote.

Nicole may have lost a loved one this year but she also gained a new person to love in Evie.
