Reese Witherspoon and the 'Witherspoon Ladies' Wished Fans a Merry Christmas

"The Morning Show" actress Reese Witherspoon smiled broadly as she wished fans a Merry Christmas along with the rest of the "Witherspoon ladies" while visiting family for the holidays.

On Wednesday, Reese spread holiday cheer with a group photo of herself alongside her 20-year-old daughter Ava Phillippe, her mom Betty, and other "ladies" in the family that came together for Christmas.

“Merry Christmas from the Witherspoon ladies! ??❤️,” Reese captioned the happy group snap spanning three generations.

Currently in "holiday mode," the actress recently shared several snaps taken while spending quality time with family. In one of the pictures, Ava and Reese share a striking resemblance as they sported matching black tops and red lipstick ready for a girls' night out.

Reese shares her daughter Ava and son Deacon with ex Ryan Phillippe, while she also has a son named Tennesse with her husband of five years, Jim Toth.

Nonetheless, Reese enjoyed spending the holidays with family in Tennessee and Georgia, and, no doubt indulged in her favorite Christmas traditions.

Christmas caroling goes back to Reese's days as a child in Nashville, and she still loves it, as it marks one of her favorite Christmas memories growing up.

Gingerbread houses and Advent calendars are also a must, but through the years Reese and her children developed a few other traditions, as she said during an interview:

“Ava bakes tons of cookies, Tennessee likes to make waffles with me, and Deacon is such a good helper, he’ll help with anything.”

Deacon even helped Reese remember about the Advent calendars she forgot about one year. One thing Reese won't forget is her favorite holiday food, honey-baked ham.

The actress also finds her inspiration in family, as her grandparents inspired Reese's clothing line, Draper James, that is "steeped in southern charm." Additionally, it also features an array of gifting and holiday ideas.

Dedicated to supporting female-driven stories, Reese Witherspoon launched her cross-platform brand called Hello Sunshine three years ago. Pacific Standards, Reese's production company, merged with her brand to share its content on Hello-Sunshine.com and other supported platforms.

Almost a year ago, three generations of "Witherspoon ladies" rang in the new year on the cover of Vogue. Reese, her mom Betty, and model daughter Ava stunned for their beauty as much as they did for their likeness.

During her interview with the publication, Reese shared that her production company came from her wish to see more than one lead female on set. She wanted to "put women at the center of the story," and with her production company, Reese could do just that.
