Kandi Burruss Denies Rumors That Her Husband Is Spending Her Money

Kandi Burruss recently shut down rumors about her husband through social media: “FYI. Rodd is not spending my personal money.”

Todd Tucker is turning his business dreams into reality while rumors regarding his resources are circulating to be from his wife, Kandi Burruss’ money.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star once and for all cleared the air and confirmed that her husband is not spending her money.

BURRUSS SHUTS DOWN RUMORS

The reality star shared that she and her husband have money saved up together, which they utilize for business investments.

Because a part of those earnings is from Tucker, his choice of how they should be spent is always taken into consideration.

The fiasco started from an episode where the couple argued about the businesses, including an Old Lady Gang Breakfast, a Mexican restaurant, and an 18-wheeler truck was not generating income.

Regardless, Tucker wanted to use another hundred of thousands of dollars for the said businesses all at once.

In an episode, Burruss confirmed the pressure her husband faced to make money as many have questioned his intentions for their relationship and assumed it is about wealth.

Despite their arguments, the reality star trusts her husband’s business endeavors, decisions, and continues to support him as he supports her.

The husband and wife recently welcomed another child into their family, which is why Burruss asked if Kaela could give her room to the baby as she moved out.

They also try to encourage each other to go the extra mile to go beyond their successes, which they accomplish as a team.

RECENT CRITICISMS

Recently, the couple faced backlash for their parenting methods applied to their 23-year-old daughter Kaela Tucker.

An episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” showed that Tucker was not being emotional enough as a parent and needed to improve on this.

Kaela moved out from her parents’ home to follow her dreams as a fashion designer in New York, a decision which sparked argument as Burruss insisted her step-daughter’s old room become her newborn’s.

BURRUSS EXPLAINS THE CONTROVERSY

The husband and wife recently welcomed another child into their family, which is why Burruss asked if Kaela could give her room to the baby as she moved out. The star explained:

“Well, the way our house is set up, there are three bedrooms, which were Ace, Kaela, and Riley’s. Since Kaela is the oldest, and she has talked about moving out, I asked Kaela if she would mind if the baby took her room.”

The request was aligned with the aspiring designer’s plans to move out of their home and to New York for her career.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star added that the room was closest to the master’s bedroom, hence, a perfect place for their newborn.
