Kate Middleton Looked Stylish in Plum Coat & Blue Fedora Hat as She Strolled to Church in Sandringham

The Duchess of Cambridge steps into the new year with a more formidable fashion assemble. Her stylish attire conferred on her a sophisticated look for a royal.

Kate Middleton and her husband, Prince William joined Her Majesty the Queen at the St. Magdalene Church, close to the Sandringham Estate for the annual family tradition.

While the Duke of Cambridge donned a navy blue coat with black shoes, his wife's choice of outfits was impressive as ever, causing her to make the headlines.

She rocked a chic plum coat and a blue hat. The royal also had a Jaeger purse, and a pair of Stuart Weitzman knee-high boots to compliment her look.

Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan Markle, along with their toddler, Archibald Mountbatten Windsor, were absent, as they were still enjoying the holiday season across continents with Doria Ragland, Meghan's mother.

According to a royal source :

"Having spent the last two Christmases at Sandringham, Their Royal Highnesses will spend the holiday this year as a new family, with the Duchess' mother."

This also caused their absence at the Sandringham Christmas service, which was attended by Kate, her husband, and two out of her three children, Princess Charlotte and Prince George.

The royal family looks forward to achieving a lot together, which will not only impact the lives of their children but also on a global scale.

Effortlessly making fashion statements is one thing Kate is famous for. During her attendance at the Christmas service in the same venue, the 38-year-old donned a fur themed coat and a gorgeous green colored headgear.

It appeared that the whole family has a theme in mind; while Kate's hat matched the color of her daughter's coat, Prince William's coat color rhymed with his son's.

A family that slays together engages in big things together, and the new year for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge promises to be breathtaking.

A royal expert, Omid Scobie, informed the media that the couple each have something up their sleeves. He said :

"We will be hearing about a new initiative from Prince William...Next year is a big one for Kate. She is going to be really focused on her early years development…"

Apart from enjoying the holiday season together, the royal family looks forward to achieving a lot together, which will not only impact the lives of their children but also on a global scale.
