These issues didn't stop their relationship, but only seemed to bring them closer, as they were planning to marry until Left Eye's death
Left Eye and Andre Rison met in 1993 at a nightclub. The former N.F.L. star then invited the singer to his unfurnished home, telling her that he was waiting for her before putting any furniture.
They began dating and did so for over a decade, but their explosive relationship was filled with so many controversies, which got to a head when Lopes burnt down Andre's Georgia mansion.
All of these issues didn't stop their relationship but only seemed to bring them closer, as they were planning to marry until Left Eye's death in a car crash in Honduras in 2002.
