You can always trust Halle Berry to come through with the breathtaking fitness photos that leave fans wondering if she'd ever age. The actress recently had a stretching session with her personal trainer and documented the process on social media.
At 53, Berry has a body that many 20-year-olds would die for. Fortunately, she has no problem sharing her secrets and offers fitness tips via the "Fitness Friday" hashtag on Instagram.

The most recent episode of #FitnessFriday saw Berry encouraging fans to stretch. The "John Wick" star passed across the message with a photo of herself and personal trainer, Peter Lee Thomas, putting their limbs to work.
She was reportedly seen sporting a bruised and swollen eye sustained during a fight scene.
Berry’s taut abs were on full display in a strappy crop top and tight yoga pants while she held her left leg to the back with one hand. With her other arm, the actress leaned against Thomas, who mimicked her leg-stretching pose.
TEACHING THE STRETCHES
"We’ve talked several times about the benefits of a good stretch for body & mind," Berry shared in the caption. "So today, Peter will be demonstrating unconventional stretches that will do a world of good for muscles you didn’t even know were tight!"
Per Hollywood Life, Berry did not disappoint on those "unconventional stretches" uploaded to her Instagram Story. Thomas reportedly performed the moves while the "Catwoman" star filmed and ran commentary for fans.
According to the outlet, there was the "Spine & Scapular Waves" move that involved getting on all fours and wiggling your back. "Lat Stretch With Chair," "Low Lunge Twist," and "Dancer’s Pose" were some of the other stretches demonstrated.
Berry has become quite the celebrity authority when it comes to fitness, and fans never hesitate to compliment her toned physique and all-round agelessness.
FANS GIVE THEIR APPROVAL
"Your discipline has motivated me to go full force w/ my fitness goals," one Instagram user wrote while another thanked her for the stretching tips: "Awesome...thank you! I will put this to good use."
"Happy Fitness Friday to ya, let the stretching begin," raved another motivated fan as a fourth person added: "This is what I’ve told all my friends. At least start with a good stretch. It’s better than doing nothing."
ANYTHING FOR THE JOB
While Berry has always been in top shape, The Blast notes that she is most likely in the best form of her life right now because of her role in the upcoming MMA movie "Bruised."
Berry went into beast mode training to get in shape to play Jackie Justice, a disgraced MMA fighter. Last November, she was reportedly seen sporting a bruised and swollen eye sustained during a fight scene.
The pains nonetheless, Berry remains focused and committed to her wellness regimen. The results are evident too because, with each picture she shares, fans can’t help commenting on how she ages backward.
Earlier this year, Berry teased fans with a near-nude photo of herself in the garden. Even with her back turned to the camera, she had fans drooling in the comments, and from the look of things, the fitness queen is only just getting started.
