Tim Tebow's Wife Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters Shares Photo of Her Wedding Dress after News of Their South African Ceremony

Tim Tebow's wife, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, showed off the gorgeous dress she wore for her wedding in a post on her Instagram account. It looks divine.

When a model decides to get hitched, then it is inevitable that her wedding dress would be something to gush about. Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters' dress for her big day bears testament to this.

Tim Tebow's new bride gave her Instagram followers a look at the dress she said "I do" in, and it is simply divine. The post showed the 2017 Miss Universe in a custom dress from David's Bridal.

The dress which fitted her body properly features a scoop neckline and a small train. There was nothing elaborate about the veil, either.

The model paired the look with diamond and pearl earrings from Marion Rehmikel Jewelry. She captioned the post.

"Forever and always, @Timtebow."

The post also showed Nel-Peters and her man walking down the aisle after they exchanged their vows. Tebow looked dapper in a black tuxedo from Antar.

The two had their hands intertwined, and the happiness on their faces was evident for their 260 guests to see. The former NFL quarterback and his wife got married in an intimate ceremony in South Africa on Monday.

Family and friends surrounded them, and the former athlete had his girlfriend's parents flown in to witness the proposal.

The Cape Coast wedding saw the couple exchange self-written vows. Although they consider themselves quite "Traditional," they took out the "Till death do us part."

Tebow and Nel-Peters plan to be together forever, and the happy groom told People,

"I've been waiting all my life for someone special who I can spend the rest of my life with. I was waiting for the right person to come along, and now… all my dreams have come through."

The couple's wedding celebrated their different cultures. They fused South African and American culture in their menu and color palette showing their embrace of each other's diversity.

Tebow proposed to Nel-Peters on his family's farm last February. Family and friends surrounded them, and the former athlete had his girlfriend's parents flown in to witness the proposal.

The two first got linked after the former quarterback went public with their relationship in 2018. Before dating the man who is now her husband, the previous Miss Universe's love life was very hush-hush.

The couple feels blessed to have found each other. The two are ecstatic about what the future holds for them as a family, and what they can accomplish as a team.
