Yandy Smith's Husband Mendeecees Harris Is a Free Man after Spending Four Years in Prison

Yandy Smith welcomes home husband Mendeecee Harris after 4 years in prison.

"Love & Hip Hop New York" star Yandy Smith-Harris's husband is finally home after four long years.

Mendecees Harris, who was sentenced to 8 to 10 years on drug trafficking charges in 2015, has been released after completing a drug rehabilitation program while in prison.

Mendeecees enrolled in several courses on parenting, money management, health and nutrition, and public speaking

Yandy posted a clip that showed her and Mendeecees stepping out of the car in front of a diner. The reality star was radiant walking beside her husband in a stunning floor-length faux-fur coat.

Medeecees walked over to a trash bin, in which he deposits his prison uniform and shoes. He then turned to embrace the wife who waited for him for 4 long years. She captioned it:

"Never going back..."

BECOMING A BETTER MAN

While in jail, Mendeecees enrolled in several courses on parenting, money management, health and nutrition, and public speaking. He is now entering the world free of his addiction, and ready to become a better father to his kids, and a responsible husband to Yandy.

Just days ago, a glowing Yandy spoke about her husband's impending release in an exclusive interview, in which she said enthusiastically:

“Mendeecees is wonderful. He is so ready to come home. We have been told a couple different times that it was time for him to come home, but officially, he will be here very soon."

The hoped-for day has finally arrived, and Medeecee Harris is finally home with his wife and their children.
