Kobe Bryant's wife, Vanessa Bryant, took to Instagram to share a heartfelt tribute to her late daughter Gianna, days after the world was dealt the blow of the loss of the 13-year-old and her father.

Vanessa Bryant spurred an emotional frenzy on Sunday after posting a tribute to her "babygirl," who died alongside her dad in a helicopter crash on their way to a junior basketball tournament.

The 37-year-old, who has experienced a hard time dealing with the loss of her daughter and husband, shared the tribute alongside a painting of the beautiful 13-year-old.

IN TRIBUTE TO GIANA

The artwork featured a stunning display of the young basketball player, dressed in a yellow lakers jersey, with number 24 scrawled on it, reflective of the late Kobe's jersey, with a purple hoodie worn over the legendary outfit. The caption read:

The art piece, by Reina Koyano, a Japanese designer & illustrator, spared no detail demonstrating the little girl's love for the game, with the basketball guided zealously on her left hand and the passionate rapture erupting through her facial expression.

FANS GET EMOTIONAL

The creative display of art, as well as the soul-touching tribute, has garnered over 4.7 million likes, and ten thousand comments, as fans relive the tragic event. Celebrities also trooped into the comment segment to extend their love including actress Olivia Munn.

Other celebrities like "Real Housewives" stars Heather Dubrow and Kyle Richard, as well as La La Anthony, also dropped their heartfelt comments to Kobe's widow, Vanessa.

STARS CAME THROUGH

This past week has seen lots of tributes from fans of the late basketball legend, as well as stars, who have bravely shown their support to the legend. Joining this outpouring on Sunday was hip-hop icon Nicki Minaj, who took to social media to honor the basketball champion,

"May God grant your wife and family peace, strength, and understanding. You were a star among stars. An icon among icons. The best, even in the midst of the best. You supported artists, athletes, children. You made us proud."

The 37-year-old concluded her heartwrenching tribute by referring to the late champion as "King" after wishing him a peaceful rest.

This comes days after the mourning mother broke her silence for the first time since the loss of her "beautiful blessings."

Vanessa shared a note of gratitude to fans and well-wishers who extended words of encouragement to the family following the tragic loss, thanking them for "all the prayers," while reflecting on the impact of the tragedy on the family.

The message was accompanied by a photo of the family of six, featuring Kobe Bryant, his wife, and his four adorable daughters.

As the family of the deceased try to deal with the loss, every tribute and show of support at these trying times is a well-appreciated gesture to help through the journey.
