NCIS: LA Star Daniela Ruah Is a Loving Mother and Wife - Meet Her Family

“NCIS: LA” star Daniela Ruah is much more than a talented actress. She is also a lovely wife and doting mother to two beautiful kids.

For many “NCIS: LA” fans, Daniela Ruah is a phenomenal actress who plays the role of Agent Kensi Blye in the CBS series. However, there is much more to Daniela that many do not know.

Unlike her character, who has a complicated love life with Marty Deeks, Ruah is the definition of a family woman with a lovely husband and two adorable kids.

As reported by Country Living, Ruah is married to Eric Olsen’s brother David Paul Olsen, and the lovebirds have been together for eight wonderful years.

Their love story began with none other than Daniela’s on-screen partner Eric, who linked them up whenever David came to the show as a stunt double.

Eric revealed that both Daniela and David were dating “awful” people, so he devised a plan to hook them up.

Speaking about his matchmaking skills during an appearance on “The Queen Latifah” show in 2014, he said:

“When they got together because he came on to do stunts, I would say something nice about her to him and then say something to him about her.”

Luckily, Eric’s good words were able to spark something between the duo went on their first date in February 2011, and in no time, they began dating.

The lovebirds walked down the aisle on June 19, 2014, in Portugal shortly after they had their son River and two years after their union, their daughter Sierra was born.

With almost six years of marriage, the spark between Daniela and David hasn’t dwindled as they frequently take to social media to shower each other praises.

This was the case as PopCulture recalled that last year June, Ruah took her Instagram to last year to celebrate their anniversary with a heartwarming black and white photo of them arm-in-arm. Daniela wished her husband a happy anniversary before she gushed:

“Everything is better with you: parenting, traveling, working, building life.... you motivate me to reach farther every day. I’ll marry you all the time.”

It is indeed wonderful to see Daniela having her best life away from the screens!
