Kim Kardashian from KUWTK Reveals She's Honest with Her Kids about Every Step of Her Prison Reform Work
Besides her work on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK), Kim Kardashian is also a businesswoman, she’s studying law, and works on prison reform. The star revealed in a recent interview that she was quite open with her children about her work with prisons.
While promoting her new Oxygen documentary, “Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project,” Kardashian revealed that she involved her children in her prison reform work. The star explained:
“They have met Alice [Johnson]. Two of my kids met Momolu [Stewart], who’s in the documentary and has gotten out.”

“I’m very open and honest with them”
The KKW Beauty founder shared how her children would be around the people she surrounded herself with and explained that the children knew “what I’m going through.” She added: “I’m very open and honest with them about what I’m doing.”
Kardashian, 39, is a parent to North, 6, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, Psalm West, 8-months-old, whom she shares with her husband Kanye West. Besides sharing her prison reform work with them, the star also talks to them about her studying.
Kim will visit prisons in new doccie
She hoped that her openness would be appreciated by the children “when they get older.” During her documentary, fans will get to see the star as she visits different prisons.
The businesswoman will also get a chance to sit down with incarcerated people who are facing life sentences. She will have discussions with them to determine if their sentences fit their crimes.
Kardashian helped free a convict in 2018
In 2018, Kardashian took her life in the spotlight in another trajectory when she worked to free Johnson, 64, from prison. Since then, the reality star receives letters from inmates who wish to be heard.
What Kanye thinks of Kim’s work
Last year, West addressed his wife’s prison reform work stating: “I love it, I love it.” He explained that their aim was to assist those that didn’t “have a voice” to break “down the class systems.”

The Yeezy founder shared that all they wanted to do was help people get released. “Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project” will air on Oxygen for a 2-hour special on April 5, 2020, at 7 p.m. ET.
