Camille Winbush from 'Bernie Mac Show' Says She Needs to Recover after Sharing Pic from 30th Birthday Celebration

Famous TV actress Camille Winbush takes to social media to express her need for an interrupted "rest and recovery" session after her 30th birthday celebration.

It was an enjoyable birthday experience for actress and recording artist, Camille Winbush, as she recently celebrated her 30th birthday. The Bernie Mac star clocked 30 on February 9, 2020.

The 30-year-old actress took to her Instagram page to post a gorgeous picture that featured her crouched on a staircase. Winbush looked vibrant in a short Jean gown and brown suede cowboy boots.

She complemented the look with a red neck-tie and slight makeup. The celebrating actress held on to her drink as she struck her pose — obviously enjoying herself.

The caption that followed the post also hinted at how her birthday celebrations went:

"This photo pretty much sums up my birthday weekend. I had the best time! But now I desperately need R&R: Rest & Recovery."

The post attracted several positive reactions and comments from fans of the entertainer who thought she looked attractive. "Beautiful," a fan wrote.

Camille Winbush was born in Culver City, California, and by the age of four, she made her first appearance on the TV screens.

Since then, the talented actress has made a name for herself in the acting industry, appearing in various TV series including Criminal minds and NYPD: Blue — among others.

She caught her big break when she landed the role of Vanessa Thompkins; she was the oldest of Mac's sister's kids on "The Bernie Mac Show." The show aired between 2001 and 2006, and Winbush received several nominations and awards for her role.

In 2007, Winbush appeared in an episode of "Grey's Anatomy" before going on to land a recurring role as Lauren Treacy in the hit TV series, The Secret Life of the American Teenager.

Talking about her role in the series in an interview with HipHollywood, she described her character, Lauren, as a know-it-all who, according to her, "sometimes, just needs to keep her mouth shut."

When asked if she was in any way similar to Lauren, Winbush quickly replies, stating that she strictly minds her own business.

Winbush has been in a relationship with model and fellow actor, Nick Denbeigh since they met in 2005. Though they have been together for more than 12 years, there has been no mention of marriage from either party.
