Dwyane Wade Opens up about Being Married to 'Bring It on' Actress Gabrielle Union
Famous basketball player, Dwyane Wade recently shared the secret behind his long-lasting relationship with his actress wife, Gabrielle Union-Wade.
It's no secret that Dwyane Wade loves his family; the retired basketball athlete doesn't pass on any opportunity to talk about the lovely brood.
Recently he admitted to People that what he loves the most about his wife, Gabrielle, is that she doesn't infringe on his life or impede his growth.

The 38-year-old stated that, "[Gab] is her own boss and has her own career, her own bank account and all that, that she has her own life and she allows me to live my life and be me, and she doesn't try to stop my growth or change who I am."
He also added that he loved that Gabrielle shared his desire to work hard for their budding family. Wade concluded,
"We love that we grind, we go for it, we work, but we still find time for our family and find time to spend time together and love each other."
Dwyane and Gabrielle reportedly became an item in 2009, broke up for a brief period before returning to get married in 2014.
The ceremony took place in Miami, Florida, after which, Gabrielle became a stepmother to the NBA star's three children.
Zaya reportedly came out to her parents earlier, about how she felt concerning her gender.
Later on, in 2019, the couple welcomed their first child whom they named "Kaavia James." She was born via a surrogate mother. Asides from his kids, Dwyane is also a guardian to his nephew, Dahveon Morris.
A week ago, Gabrielle shared a video on her Twitter page to introduce Zaya to the world. In the video, the preteen could be seen emphasizing on the need to stay true to oneself.
The caption that followed the post spoke about Zaya's desirable qualities and how proud of her Dwyane and herself is. She finished the caption with a piece of advice for her fans:
"It's ok to listen to, love & respect your children exactly as they are. Love and light good people."
Zaya reportedly came out to her parents earlier about how she felt concerning her gender. Understanding her need to identify with whom she thought she was, Dwyane and his wife have grown to become Zaya's biggest supporters.
In a recent interview with Good Morning America's Robin Robert, Dwyane was asked how Zaya was coping with the incredible change, he replied saying that, for now, she would like to focus on her education.
