Keshia Knight Pulliam Shares Photo of Herself in Her Kitchen about to Cook Dinner Amid COVID-19 Pandemic
Keshia Knight Pulliam enjoyed her time downtime while dealing with the coronavirus lockdown by cooking up a feast in her kitchen, and she proudly showed off her cooking preparations.
Keshia Knight Pulliam from "House of Payne" has turned her love of food and her passion or cooking into her latest entrepreneurial. In her caption, she shared:
"Welcome to @KeshiasKitchen!! About to go live and cook some dinner...making the most of this #Quarantine #Life."
Like many people around the world, she is using her time while quarantined at home to focus on their life at home and create more memories with their families.
For Keisha, her family was the inspiration behind the creation of spices she called, "Keshia's Kitchen Collection Seasonings," which she promotes with her live cooking segments.
Her passion for cooking comes from her family background because they always came together for a good meal; she explained:
"I come from a family of great cooks; my mom, my dad, my brothers, we all cook. And that's how we come together, not just on Sunday, but throughout the week."
In July 2019, Keisha hit the stage for Essence Eats during the Essence Festival, where she shared with the audience her healthy turkey chili recipe.
She revealed to them audience that having her daughter had pushed her to choose healthier and organic ingredients for her family.
After splitting up with former professional football player Ed Hartwell in 2018, she gained full custody of her daughter, Ella Grace.
At the Essence Festival she told her audience that despite how expensive organic food is, it is worth the sacrifice when cooking something for her child, she joked, "I always say you can pay on the front end or the back end."

Since starting her own business, Keisha has been using the lessons she has learned to help create investment opportunities for black women.
It is reported, during her appearance at the ESSENCE + New Voices Entrepreneur Summit, she encouraged women to be fearless is taking up investment opportunities.
After landing a role on Tyler Perry's show, she has turned her life around after struggling to re-establish her career outside of her child star roots on "The Cosby Show."
Recently, she made her relationship official with Brad James from the show "For Better or Worse." After months of speculation, they arrived together at the opening for Tyler Perry’s studio.
