Terrence Howard's Daughter Aubrey & Granddaughter Hazel Flash Identical Smiles in New Photo

Terrence Howard's eldest daughter posed with her child in a sweet selfie as she shared a message about positivity and finding techniques to cope with the stress.

In "Empire," Terrance Howard plays the proud father to three "Loins." However, in real life, he the doting dad to his eldest "Lioness" named Aubrey Howard.

It is reported, Aubrey's mother is Lori McCommas. She and Terrence married and divorced twice during their on and off relationship between 1994 and 2007. The had two other children together, Heaven and Hunter.

In 2013, 18-year-old

wed William Gayle and made

a grandfather for the first time when she welcomed a daughter, Hazel.

In a recent post, she shared a selfie with her daughter. In her caption, she shared that she didn't want to talk about the problems in the world and wanted to refocus her energy.

In the selfie, she and Aubrey posed with their heads together while her daughter stuck her tongue out at the camera.

In sharing a positive message, she explained how she was refocusing her energy, saying, "my daughter Hazel inspires me to seek out the joy and wisdom of nature."

Aubrey told her followers that she wanted to help teach them how to reduce the feeling of sadness and stressing they could people right now by refocusing their breathing.

She encouraged people to take part in the "Transformational Breath" course; an online class that she said would "help guide [people] to a place of deep inner peace."

Inner peace is something her father announced that he could be searching for after retiring, following the end of the final season of "Empire." In an interview with Extra, he said:

"I'm done with acting. I'm done pretending. I'm just focusing on bringing truth to the world."

Days after making the shocking announcement about his departure from acting, he was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Terrance attended the ceremony with his wife, Mira Pak, and their two young children Hero and Qirin. In his speech, he said his legacy as an actor would also remain because of the star he was awarded.
