Kourtney Kardashian Shares Cryptic Bible Verse about Epidemics Amid Coronavirus Crisis

Kourtney Kardashian turned biblical during self-isolation in an appeal to all "children" to "pay attention" as the coronavirus pandemic continues to spread worldwide.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star appealed to her followers by posting an excerpt from 2 Corinthians 7:13-14 in the Bible.

KOURTNEY'S CRYPTIC POST

Highlighting the text in yellow and circling it in red, Kourtney then added her own thoughts with three words, "pay attention children."

"Whenever I hold back the rain or send locusts to eat up the crops or send an epidemic on my people, if they pray to me and repent and turn away from the evil they have been doing," the passage read. "Then I will hear them in heaven, forgive their sins, and make their land prosperous again."

KIM ADVOCATES FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING

Kourtney and her sisters are all self-isolating during this time, and Kim also made an appeal to her followers for them not to "ignore the severity of the warnings" alongside a picture she posted of herself and Kendall Jenner.

Going through, and organizing pictures on her phone had Kim missing her sisters, but they have self-quarantined separately. Even though it's difficult for Kim not being able to spend time with them, she knows how important it is, as she wrote:

"It’s hard but we have to do this for our safety and for everyone else’s. PLEASE do not ignore the severity of the warnings to stay inside."

WHY KOURTNEY CUT DOWN ON SCREENTIME

Before the pandemic, Kim and sister Khloe were at odds with Kourtney after she decided to pour less time and energy into filming their reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

However, during an interview with Health Magazine, Kourtney expressed her wish to focus more on things that bring her joy and spending more time with her kids.

The cute share by Kourtney came shortly after Kim got fans riled up for posting a passage from a prediction made by the psychic Sylvia Browne.

In a book by Sylvia from 2008, she predicted that a "severe pneumonia-like illness" will spread worldwide "around 2020," and some fans didn't appreciate the possible implications it can have on people who are already "on edge," as one follower responded:
