People: JoJo Siwa from 'Masked Singer' Thinks Kardashians Are Some of the Nicest People Ever

“The Masked Singer” star made acquaintance with Kim Kardashian last year and was even featured in “KUWTK” in October, and she has revealed that the two have remained friends.

A lot has happened in 16-year-old JoJo Siwa’s life since she found fame in the reality series “Dance Moms” in 2015, and her sphere of influence has allowed her to make very important friends in the entertainment industry.

Among the singer, actress, and YouTuber’s millions of fans is 6-year-old North West, daughter of “Keeping up with the Kardashians” star Kim Kardashian and her husband, rapper Kanye West.

BABYSITTING FOR KIM KARDASHIAN

In fact, Siwa was revealed to be North’s favorite celebrity as of April 2019, when the Kardashian-West arranged for the teenage star to spend a day “babysitting” Kim and Kanye’s oldest child.

Before Siwa was unmasked as the T-Rex in the most recent season of “The Masked Singer” on March 25, some of the clues leading to her identity referred to the Kardashians.

In an interview following her unmasking, Siwa revealed that she had remained in touch with Kim since the two met last year, and she shared that she had just talked to the socialite on the phone a couple of days earlier, adding:

“You never know how people are going to be in real life, but the Kardashians are some of the sweetest, nicest people ever.”

THE MASKED SINGER

Siwa’s last performance in disguise on “The Masked Singer” had her covering “Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny)” by The Pussycat Dolls, but she ended up receiving the least number of votes, which took her out of the competition.

In addition to this, three of the show’s judges, namely Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, and Robin Thicke, effectively guessed the identity of the singer under the dinosaur costume.

“It’s exciting when they guess you. When they guess you, you get a sense of wow, people can really tell who I am by just my voice. It’s crazy!” Siwa cheerfully told People on March 26.

ADDRESSING THE CORONAVIRUS CRISIS

In the same interview, Siwa said that she had the goal of getting “a six-pack” during the recommended period of social distancing amid the covid-19 pandemic, focusing on the positive in these unprecedented times.

“Just do something that you’ve always wanted to do because now we have the time,” Siwa encouraged her fans.
