RISING NUMBERS
The COVID-19 is a deadly virus that has spread to nearly 200 countries around the globe, taking away thousands of lives.
America was recently hit by the virus that rapidly contaminated several citizens, stopped businesses, and put hospitals nearly in full capacity.
The country is currently taking the lead with over 100,000 confirmed cases, New York City being the hardest hit.
Hard action was undertaken by the government, signing a $2 trillion spending package into law to fight the deadly disease.
Because it is easily transmitted, those who have contracted the virus must stay isolated in the hospital, without the care of their family members, who are restricted from entering the premises.
TARGETING PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE
No one is exempt from being a target of the deadly virus, not even celebrities, politicians, nor royalty. Recently, Prince Charles of the UK tested positive for the virus.
Although he displayed to have the symptoms, Charles remained well. In the previous weeks, the royal attended several engagements, making it difficult to detect where the virus came from.
Similarly, Prince Albert of Monaco had the same positive result for the COVID-19 test and had a meeting with Charles over a week before testing positive.
The two royals med on March 10, 2020, in London, where the Duke of Cornwall gave a speech. The diagnosis of the two royals goes to show that anyone is a possible candidate for COVID-19.
