Joan Collins & Husband Percy Gibson Have Fun Cleaning Their Home Amid Corona Crisis

Amid the new coronavirus crisis, actress Joan Collins shared a fun snap of her and her husband cleaning their home on Instagram.

As elderlies who can not afford to have cleaners in their home during the coronavirus crisis, as it makes them more prone to danger, the famous actress and her husband, Percy Gibbons, took to cleaning their house themselves.

It appears the 86 year old star does not want to leave anything to chance as she and her husband are well over the age of 80.

Even though someone could come in to help clean the house as long as the required meter for the social distancing is met, Joan and Percy took matters into their own hands to make sure they are well protected.

The actress and writer who focused on the bright and fun side of their situation shared a picture of her, cleaning the windows and her husband, changing the bedsheets while rocking a casual, yet chic outfit. She captioned the snap,

"Well, somebody has to do it!"

Her fans also commented on the fun snap, cheering her on. One said, "So true, if you don't, who will?"

Another commented on the actress's ageless beauty and capability to fit into any role. "You're a new role. You look beautiful as a cleaning lady too, my dear," she said.

The British actress revealed in an interview with The Guardian that it was her grandmother who pushed her to become an actress and taught her how to sing, dance, and even do splits.

At the same time, her father strongly discouraged her from pursuing a career as an actress. The "Dynasty" star published several books, both fiction and nonfiction.

Some of her nonfictional books include her autobiography, "Past Imperfect," which tells the story of her early life, career, and rocky love life.

Joan also wrote a memoir about her daughter's rehabilitation after her car accident titled "A Fight for Life." The 86-year-old actress has three children, Tara, Alexander, and Katyana, but none for her present husband, Percy Gibbons.

She has been married five times, and she had Tara and Alexander Newley for her ex-husband, Anthony Newley, and Katyana Kennedy Kass for her ex-husband, Ron Kass. The famous actress is happily married to Percy Gibson, and the couple has been married since 2002.
