Joanna Gaines Returns to TV for the First Time after 'Fixer Upper' Ended
Joanna Gaines has made her return to TV since the HGTV hit show, “Fixer Upper,” ended two years ago.
Two years after she took a walk from “Fixer Upper,” Joanna Gaines has made her way back to the TV screens of her fans.

The 41-year-old announced the news herself when she sent out a tweet that stated that she had a cooking show that would air on Food Network.
Joanna and her husband and former “Fixer Upper” costar, Chip Gaines, plan to air the former’s cooking show on their TV network called Magnolia Network.
The videos, which were reportedly filmed by her children in their home, were compiled into a one-hour special that premiered on Sunday, April 5.
In addition to the cooking show, House Beautiful also revealed that Joanna has been working on recipes from her brand new cookbook, “Magnolia Table, Volume 2.”
As regards her show, Country Living noted that the mother-of-five has been sharing sneak peeks of the one-hour Food Network special on her Instagram all week to entertain her family, followers, and her fans during the coronavirus pandemic.

In the mini cooking videos, Joanna shows her fans how to create some of her most famous dishes. Meanwhile, in a post she used to promote the one-hour special, Joanna can be heard talking over the footage of herself cooking:
“The meal today is just going to be some appetizers, a wonderful Dutch oven lasagna, homemade garlic knots, a beautiful layered salad, and then a French silk pie.”
Before the show went live, Delish reported that Joanna planned to walk her viewers through how she made her go-to family favorite recipes, including zucchini bread, spinach tortellini soup, chili, and chocolate chip cookies.
During the eventual premiere of the show, the TV personality revealed a sneak peek of her actual cooking show which is set to be aired in the fall.

Since their first appearance on “Fixer Upper” in 2013, the duo has continued to build their flagship store, Magnolia Market until it became known as into a lifestyle brand that is often praised for uplifting the small town of Waco, Texas.
