AN ADVOCATE OF SELF-LOVE

It is no secret that Mowry regularly works out and looks after her health through proper diet and exercise, but she is also an advocate of self-love.

In one of her recent Instagram posts, the actress shared that working on her core section is one of the hardest after pregnancy. However, she embraces “the excess skin and stretch marks” she has.

The scars are a reminder of two beautiful people who she gave birth to daughter Cairo Iahna and son Cree Taylor, whom she shares with her husband, Cory Hardrict.

Mowry previously spoke about the pressures new mother’s get after gaining weight from pregnancy. In her experience, the mom-of-two didn’t succumb to society’s opinions and did things at her own pace.

MISSING FAMILY AMID QUARANTINE PERIOD

Despite being with her husband and kids during quarantine, Mowry can’t help but miss her parents and siblings, whom she is away from.

The “Family Reunion” star tried to keep her sanity while at home by “focusing on how to keep the kids busy, how I’m making dinner, how I keep my husband busy."

However, thoughts still enter her mind as she worries about her family, including parents Timothy and Darlene, twin sister Tamera, and brothers Tahj and Savior.
