She's one of Britain's most recognisable faces — but would you know her if you passed her on the street? We used AI to imagine what Katie Price might look like today if she'd never gone under the knife, and the results are striking.

Katie Price has been many things over the decades: Page 3 girl, reality TV star, author, businesswoman, and — perhaps above all — Britain's most famous cosmetic surgery enthusiast.

Now 47, Price has undergone so many procedures that fans say she is almost unrecognisable from the fresh-faced teenager who first burst onto the modelling scene in the early 1990s.

But what if she had never started? Scroll down to see the AI-generated photos imagining exactly that — and prepare to be surprised. In the meantime, let's have a look at how things came to be where they are now.

A Life Under the Knife

Price's relationship with cosmetic surgery began at age 20, in 1998, when she paid £4,500 — reportedly with help from her mother and stepfather — to have her first breast augmentation, going from a 32B to a 32C cup.

It was only the beginning of what would become a decades-long journey through the operating theatre.

The following year, still just 21, she returned for two more breast procedures in quick succession, moving up through a D cup and then an F cup. By 2001, she had also begun experimenting with lip fillers.

Although she did not confirm the procedure at the time, the change in her appearance was hard to miss.

In 2004, aged 26, Price began having Botox injections, and made no secret of it. "I get my forehead and around my eyes Botoxed every six months and I love it," she said at the time. "It just freezes all the wrinkles and that's what you want."

She was equally emphatic that she would go no further — vowing she would never have a facelift. That position would not last.

In 2006, she had a fourth breast augmentation, going up to a G cup, before undergoing rhinoplasty in 2007 at age 29, along with a chemical peel and a £25,000 set of veneers.

On her nose job, she was characteristically candid, sharing, "I liked my nose before and now. If I had a cupboard with both noses, I would alternate between them!"

In 2008, on her 30th birthday, she reversed course and had her implants reduced back down to a C cup — the same size as her very first surgery a decade earlier.

But by 2011, her smaller chest had been replaced again with an F cup, accompanied by body contouring and cheek and lip fillers.

The surgeries came thick and fast throughout the 2010s. In 2015, a botched breast reduction — her seventh procedure — left her with a septic scar and a protruding implant.

She told her shocked housemates in the "Celebrity Big Brother" house, "I've got no tits anymore. They've gone. There's not even anything there." She required corrective surgery shortly afterwards.

Despite that ordeal, Price flew to Brussels the following year for her ninth breast augmentation, settling on a 32GG bust, and also had her eyebrows and lips tattooed as a form of permanent make-up.

In 2017 — contradicting everything she had said about facelifts — she underwent a "Silhouette" thread lift, along with yet another breast augmentation (her tenth). A year later, she admitted the first facelift had been botched and went back under the knife to have it corrected, aged 40.

Turkey, BBLs, and Bankruptcy Court

From 2019 onwards, Price's favoured destination for surgery became Turkey, where she jetted for a full-body overhaul that included a facelift, eye and eyelid lift, Brazilian butt lift (BBL), and a tummy tuck. Just three months later, she returned for another breast job.

It was the BBL that she has since come to regret most deeply. Speaking on Katherine Ryan's podcast "What's My Age Again", Price said, "I tried that BBL abroad where they take your own fat and put it in your bum. It was so painful. And it just did not look right on me."

She added, with characteristic bluntness, "I would never have surgery in England again. Ever, ever. I'd always have it abroad."

Doctors were alarmed. Dr Gerard Lambe warned at the time, "Katie needs to be aware that she is putting her health and body under extreme pressure with the now countless number of procedures she's had done in the last year alone."

"BBL is one of the most dangerous surgeries anyone can undergo and it has the highest mortality rate — it's one of Katie's riskiest surgeries yet. She is dicing with death."

In 2021, during the Covid pandemic, Price made the controversial decision to travel to then red-list Turkey for yet another full cosmetic overhaul — full-body liposuction, eye and lip lifts, and further fat injections into her bum — just five days before she was sentenced following a drink-drive crash.

She also visited Belgium the same year for a 13th breast augmentation. By 2023, it had emerged that Price had undergone her 16th breast augmentation, reportedly pursuing the title of having the largest implants in Britain, opting for 2120cc implants.

In an interview with OK! magazine, she showed little sign of slowing down. "I love having big boobs and a small body. I've always loved that look. In my eyes, if I'm having a boob job, I want them to look fake, I don't want them to look natural," she said.

In August 2024, Price made headlines when she flew to Turkey for her sixth facelift — a £10,000 procedure that included a brow lift, neck lift, lip lift, and correction to her so-called "pixie ears" — despite a warrant being out for her arrest in connection with a £760,000 bankruptcy case.

She later shared the results in a selfie captioned, "My natural hair growing, My eyelashes. Natural face healing well."

Most recently, in January 2025, she returned abroad for further facelift "tweaks" and a mini nose lift, documenting the trip for her YouTube channel.

Her blood pressure dropped during the ear-pinning portion of the surgery, requiring that procedure to be completed the following day under local anaesthetic.

Her Warning to Young Women

Despite her own extraordinary surgical history, Price has spoken out about what she sees as a worrying trend among young women. On the podcast "How to Fail with Elizabeth Day", she said:

"There's nothing worse than when these young girls now, and I will say it, in their early 20s, who are all getting fillers, all getting lips, all getting the boobs."

She insisted she was not being hypocritical. "I'm not a hypocrite, but I didn't start doing my face until I was in my 40s. Yes, I had a boob job, but I didn't even have fillers," Price continued.

"I didn't have Botox till I was like 27/28. Lips I tried when they didn't know how to do it and I looked like a duck, but then I just relaxed on it."

Price also reflected on the hidden realities of surgery — the pain, the recovery, and the long stretches between the before-and-after photos that never make it online.

"People don't realise when you have surgery and stuff, you only see before and after, you don't see in between," she said. "When you've had it, the pain and the cleaning, the stitches out and the bed rests. So I would love to educate people about it. It's damaging to your body."

She added wryly that her children — Harvey, Junior, Princess, Jett, and Bunny — have become so accustomed to her procedures that it may have put them off surgery entirely.

"All the girls look the same now, and I think 'what are they going to look like then when they're my age'? Like, I say to my kids, because they're like, 'oh mum, you're not doing surgery again are you?' And I'm like, 'oh, it's alright'. They're so used to it I think I've put them off for life."

She has also reflected on her very first breast augmentation. Having since called herself "too young" at the time, she says she feels sympathy for young women growing up in today's world of social media and filters — a landscape far more saturated with idealised imagery than anything she encountered when she was starting out.
