BADU'S RECENT INSTAGRAM CONCERT

Recently, Badu entertained her fans from her bedroom by announcing a quarantine concert, encouraging her followers to "keep moving" despite their circumstances. This also comes after many of her scheduled shows were canceled due to the pandemic.

The likes of Chris Martin and John Legend have also entertained their fans through home concerts, and a lot of them were done to raise funds for many different COVID-19 relief efforts.

GIVING HER FANS AN INTERACTIVE LIVE EXPERIENCE

She announced that for a dollar, fans are able to watch her in an "interactive live experience." Fans who were set to watch were also given the opportunity to vote for the songs that they'd like to hear.

"Our survival depends on performing, creating, laughing, living, and loving. We gone pull it off. We gone be calm. You gone help me make it happen."

RAISING AWARENESS AND FUNDS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Just like Erykah, many other celebrities have gone the same route. The likes of Chris Martin and John Legend have also entertained their fans through home concerts, and a lot of them were done to raise funds for many different COVID-19 relief efforts.

Badu has been one of the celebrities who have made it clear that with a health crisis going on, it's important to stay protected and do all necessary measures to do so. In fact, she even went to the Texas Film Awards in a fashionable hazmat suit just to prove a point.
