China McClain has evolved from the adorable Nickelodeon star on "A.N.T. Farm" to a gorgeous rising star on "Black Lightning."
The 21-year-old lives a low-key life despite growing up as a child star. Recently, she shared a photo of herself enjoying the outdoors while quarantined at her home amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The selfie had no caption, but it clearly spoke for its self. China opted for natural-looking make-up that glowed from the sun as she sat in front of trimmed bushes.
She looked casual in a long-sleeved ribbed crop top with a pair of black sweat pants. Her look was complete with a silver necklace that had a cross for a pendant. Towanda Braxton gushed over her beauty.
Another fan sent her well-wishing amid the pandemic and said, "I hope you are staying sane during this Quarantine."
China has an impressive resume under her belt. It is reported, she got her big break working in several of Tyler Perry's productions. In October 2019, she was given a star at the Tyler Perry Studio in Atlanta, Georgia. While posing with her star, she admitted:
"I think my huge smile says it all.. to receive this in front of Oprah, Denzel Washington, and multiple others that I have so much respect for."
She jokingly called the launch of his new studio "gangsta" and said receiving the star was a moment that she would never forget.
China is making a name for herself on the CW Network with her starring role as Jennifer Pierce on "Blacking Lightening."
Keeping to her Disney roots, she has also starred in the "Descendants" franchise. Unfortunately, in July 2019, one of her co-stars on the movie passed away.
It is reported, China shared an emotional video on Instagram about her shock over the death of Cameron Boyce from a seizure because she was not aware that her friend had any life-threatening medical conditions.
