Knight and McDowell are part of the many who continue to stay at home to try and stop the spread of the highly-contagious COVID-19, and now, they've decided to encourage others to do the same.

GLADYS' LATEST PROJECT

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gladys' latest project was to be on the hit singing contest, "The Masked Singer." While she did not end up with the championship trophy, she was revealed to be the Bee character on the show and finished third place. At 74-years-old, she clearly still has what it takes to continue performing, despite being in the industry for more than six decades now.

While they don't share any children together, McDowell treats Knights' kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids as his own, and they make the perfect blended family.

Back in 2001, Gladys Knight married William McDowell. Although all her previous marriages were shortlived, her fourth one with McDowell continues to stand the test of time. In fact, they just celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary and are happily in love.

Through it all, McDowell has been the perfect companion for Knight. While they don't share any children together, McDowell treats Knights' kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids as his own, and they make the perfect blended family.
