Kara Keough of RHOC Pays Tribute to Her Late Baby Boy

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Kara Keough took to her Instagram page to pay a heartbreaking tribute to her late baby son.

The loss of a loved one is a painful experience that is hard to get over, and when that loved one is a newborn baby, the pain is even deeper.

That is the sort of pain that reality star Kara Keough and her husband Kyle Bosworth felt after losing their baby son shortly after his birth on April 6. The actress has continually made heartbreaking posts in her baby's memory.

Her latest post on Instagram evoked so many emotions with the actress reminiscing on what would have been if her son were to be alive. Accompanying the post was an image of her husband holding their baby son close to him.

Kara wrote that her son would have been a month old on the day and that his baby acne would have been gearing up. The emotional mother also wrote:

"You would be getting the hang of pacifiers, sorting out your days and nights, and figuring out how to focus your eyes without them involuntarily crossing."

Kara also added that she would have already bought a complete boy's wardrobe for her newborn son since her daughter, Decker's old clothes were not as unisex as she thought they were.

Kara also wrote that her husband would have been insisting that their baby son didn't need any shoes, but would have changed his mind after seeing the way the baby's little kicks paired with his chubby cankles.

Following her newborn son's passing, Kara Keough received another heartbreaking news weeks after, with the death of her father.

Her son would have been taking his first naps in his crib, while Kara would have been making a fuss of the schedule. She would have also realized that baby son is a lefty, just like Decker.

Kara also said that her daughter would have always wanted to hold her baby brother all the time, although he would prefer spending his whole day wrapped around mommy's chest. The actress concluded her post, writing:

"At least that much is still how it is, my sweet Mack. Decker still wishes she could hold you more. And I still wear you on my heart all day. We miss you like crazy, baby."

Kara shared the painful news of her baby son, McCoy's passing on her Instagram page on April 14, after which a series of messages of support came in from her friends and co-stars from "RHOC."

Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Emily Simpson, Gretchen Rossi, and other friends all sent messages of love and support to Kara and her family.

Following her newborn son's passing, Kara Keough received another heartbreaking news weeks after, with the death of her father and Oakland Athletics legend, Matt Keough.

Matt Keough died at the age of 64. The cause of his death was unknown. In another emotional post on Instagram, Kara bade farewell to her father, urging him to take care of her son in heaven, teach him the circle changeup, and how to find longtime friends.
